We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags attached. Certain items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Refer to our return policy for detailed information.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@sellinz.com for a return authorization. Once authorized, send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Include your order number and reason for return with the package.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as well as any applicable customs fees. These charges will not be reimbursed.
